Carter notches first Wissota superstock win at Sheyenne River Speedway

After the Memorial Day rain-out and the running of the WISSOTA A-Mods last week, the WISSOTA Superstocks got to take to the track with Todd Carter bringing home the feature win.  He was joined by Duffy Froemke, Nate Reinke and Dale Wampler as feature winners.
